个人简介

马正强,1983年毕业于西南农业大学,获农学学士学位,1988年毕业于南京农业大学,获农学硕士学位。1983至1986在江苏省农业科学院工作。1994年于Cornell University获博士学位。毕业后Cornell University和 Colorado州立大学作为在博士后继续从事麦类作物的基因组研究。1998年回国,被聘为南京农业大学农学系教授、博导,同年被评为江苏省普通高等学校优秀青年骨干教师。1999年获霍英东青年教师研究奖类三等奖,入选教育部高等学校骨干教师培养计划。2000年入选教育部优秀青年教师和跨世纪优秀人才培养计划,同年获国家杰出青年科学基金。其部分研究成果2002年获教育部提名国家自然科学一等奖(第一完成人)。2003年度被评为全国农业先进工作者。获江苏省优秀青年科学家奖获,国家自然基金委生命科学部评审专家,国务院学位委员会学科评议组(生物学)成员。曾任省政协委员, 民盟中央委员、民盟江苏省委常委、民盟南京农业大学委员会主委。长期从事作物遗传、基因组学、生物信息学和生物技术育种研究。主持或承担国家杰出青年科学基金、国家基金重点项目、973课题、863课题、国家重点研发计划课题等国家项目多项。在Nature Genetics、Plant Physiology、Plant Molecular Biology、Journal of Experimental Botany、Proteomics、Theoretical and Applied Genetics、Genome、Crop Science、Molecular Genetics and Genomics 等本领域SCI刊物上发表论文80余篇。获中国和美国发明专利授权18项,软件著作权一项。

研究领域

(1) 作物及其相关物种基因组的结构与功能;(2) 优异种质资源的发掘与创新;(3)重要性状的遗传及其基因的克隆与表达调控机制;(4) 生物信息学与组学分析;(5) 育种方法和作物种质创新。重点围绕小麦的抗病、抗逆性及产量性状探索培育高产、稳产、优质品种的遗传及分子机制,发掘新基因、创造新种质。
