个人简介

郭旺珍,棉花种质创新与应用教育部工程研究中心主任,作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室副主任。入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划“万人计划”科技创新领军人才;国家科技部“创新人才推进计划”中青年科技创新领军人才;江苏省高校“青蓝工程”科技创新团队带头人;江苏省“333工程”培养对象(第二层次);江苏省“六大人才高峰”等人才计划。江苏省第十一、十二届人民代表大会代表,常务委员会委员。江苏省第十一、十二次妇女代表大会代表。中国青年女科学家奖、中国青年科技奖获得者。 长期致力于棉花基因组研究与分子育种。以揭示四倍体棉花基因组特征为基础,以优质、抗性为主要研究性状,建立从基础解析到育种利用有机结合的研究体系。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家转基因专项等项目(课题)20余项。在Nat Biotechnol、Genome Biol、Plant Physiol、Plant Biotechnol J、J Exp Bot 等国际重要刊物发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文80余篇。获国家授权发明专利16项;培育棉花新品种9个;研究成果获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖等国家、省部级奖8项。
