个人简介
王曦，男。王曦博士于2005 年在哈尔滨工业大学获工学学士学位，2011 年在清华大学获工学博士学位（模式识别、生物信息学方向）。2011 至2020 年先后在澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学生医与药学院、德国马克斯德尔布吕克分子医学中心、德国国家癌症研究中心从事生物信息学为主的科研工作。迄今以第一、共一、通讯作者发表在Cell Stem Cell、Immunity、Nature Communications、Nature Methods、Nucleic Acids Research、Molecular Systems Biology 等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文 17 篇，共发表 SCI 论文 31 篇，总被 SCI 论文他引3000 余次。
课题组研究方向为：配子发生和早期胚胎发育的功能基因组学。旨在利用高通量测序、单细胞组学、系统生物学等方法，在全基因组尺度上研究配子发生、早期胚胎发育中的基因表达调控和细胞命运决定机制等。课题组同时开展生物信息学、系统生物学、生物医学大数据的算法开发等工作。
