Exercise and health 'Green Exercise' Physical and psychological health benefits of exercising in different environments The impact of exercise on individual's mood and self-esteem Green care, green design and green education The health benefits of outdoor experiences for individuals experiencing mental health challenges Children's relationship with nature and greenspaces Wilderness experiences for disaffected youth I have been invited to speak at both local and international conferences including key note speeches. I have collaborated with colleagues to generate over £823,000 in green exercise research income, working with more than 28 external agencies and charities.
