个人简介

博士,教授,博士生导师。2002年7月毕业于内蒙古大学计算机学院,获学士学位;2005年7月毕业于北京大学计算机系,获硕士学位;2011年9月毕业于澳大利亚国立大学工程与计算机学院,2012年4月获博士学位。2011年获得国家优秀自费留学生奖励。2013年5月-2014年4月在新加坡南洋理工大学从事科研工作,任Research Fellow。2018年7月-2019年7月在澳大利亚悉尼科技大学访学,任访问教授。2015年入选内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程。2019年入选内蒙古自治区新世纪“321人才工程”第一层次和“草原英才”滚动支持计划。 主持和完成了多项科研项目,包括3项国家自然科学基金项目、2项内蒙古自治区自然科学、1项自治区留学人员创新项目等。在包括IEEE汇刊和中国计算机学会(CCF)推荐的学术期刊和学术会议上发表了50余篇学术论文。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、Computer Networks等国际期刊审稿人。 Biography He obtained the B.E. degree in computer science from Inner Mongolia University (IMU), Hohhot, China, in 2002, the M.S. degree in computer science from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in information engineering from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, in 2012. From May 2013 to April 2014, he worked as Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. From July 2018 to July 2019, he visited University of Technology Sydney, Australia, as Visiting Professor. He is with the College of Computer Science, IMU, where he is currently a professor. He was a recipient of the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Chinese Students Abroad in 2011, and was selected to be the "Grassland Elite" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2015,the continuous support for the "Grassland Elite" in 2019 and the first level of Inner Mongolia New Century "321 Talent Project" in 2019. His research interests include (1) research and application of multi-modal intelligent perception based on wireless and video, including large-scale crowd analysis, behavior perception, etc.; (2) research and application of field-oriented big data technologies, including ecological environment big data, education big data, health big data, etc.; (3) research and application development of wireless network positioning algorithms, including WiFi, Bluetooth 5, LoRa and other wireless network protocols.. He has been awarded with several important research grants, including 3 NSFC grants, 2 provincial NSF grant and 1 provincial innovation grant for Returned Overseas Students. He has published over 50 research papers on refereed journals and conferences, including IEEE transactions as well as journals/conferences recommended by China Computer Federation (CCF).
