个人简介
2006年毕业于复旦大学物理系获物理学学士学位,2013年毕业于复旦大学物理系获凝聚态物理专业博士学位,此后于复旦大学、瑞典林雪平大学和日本国立物质材料研究机构(NIMS)从事博士后研究工作。
研究领域
钙钛矿、低维半导体材料光电器件的器件设计、器件物理过程和性能损失机制(例如界面与缺陷诱导的载流子损失、响应速度等)。
