个人简介
After completing her pharmacy degree at the University of Nottingham, Sarah began her working pharmacy career at the local Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust as a pre-registration student. After successfully qualifying as a pharmacist she started a residency post in Nottingham at the City Hospital (part of the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust). During this time she completed her diploma in clinical pharmacy with Derby University.
In the winter of 2007 she moved on to working in cancer services pharmacy at NUH - in both clinical areas and sterile production. In 2009 she returned to Yorkshire to start her current role as a lecturer practitioner in pharmacy practice, and became a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2011. Her role involves working at the University for 50% of her time and at the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust for the other 50%. She particularly enjoys working across both practice and academia – the best of both worlds!
