个人简介

2007当选:长江学者 2015当选:国家杰出青年科学基金获得者 阮新波,男,1970年出生。1991年和1996年在南京航空航天大学分别获得电气技术专业学士学位和电力电子技术专业博士学位。1996年6月起留校任教,2002年破格晋升为教授。2007年8月至10月在香港理工大学电子与资讯系担任Research Fellow,2008年至2011年受聘为教育部长江学者特聘教授,在华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院工作。现为南京航空航天大学自动化学院副院长。 他长期从事电力电子与电力传动方面的研究,研究领域包括功率电子变换技术、航空航天电源、新能源供电系统和电力电子系统集成。他主持了国家自然科学杰出青年科学基金1项、重点项目1项和面上项目4项、江苏省自然科学基金(创新人才)和霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金各1项以及其他项目80多项。获得教育部高校自然科学奖一等奖2项,获得省部级科技进步奖二等奖2项、三等奖3项(所有获奖均排名第一);获得中国发明专利47项,美国专利2项;在科学出版社出版中文专著7部,在Wiley出版社出版英文专著1部,在Springer出版社各出版英文专著2部,出版电力电子技术教材1部,在国内外期刊和重要会议上发表论文300多篇,其中被SCI收录150余篇、EI收录近200多篇。 他是IEEE Fellow (2016) 、教育部“长江学者”特聘教授(2007) 、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2015) 、中组部“万人计划”领军人才(2016) 、国家科技部"创新人才推进计划"中青年科技创新领军人才”(2014) ,是享受国务院特殊津贴专家。他从2014年开始每年均入选 Elesevier(爱思维尔)中国高被引作者榜单,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,是江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养人选、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象。他荣获全国优秀科技工作者、中国航空学会青年科技奖、江苏省十大优秀专利发明人、江苏省新长征突击手标兵、江苏省第三期“333工程”突出贡献奖、中达学者等荣誉称号 ,2012年被IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics授予杰出贡献奖,2018年和2019年被IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics (JESTPE)授予最佳副主编奖。 阮新波教授曾担任中国电源学会第五、六届理事会副理事长,2017年再次担任中国电源学会副理事长,2014年~2016年担任IEEE Industrial Electronics Society可再生能源系统技术委员会副主席。2005年~2018年担任中国电源学会直流电源专业委员会主任、学术工作委员会副主任,担任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems –II、IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics和IEEE Open Journal of the Industrial Electronics Society等五份国际重要学术期刊的副主编,是电工技术学报和中国电机工程学报编委,电源学报编委会常务副主任、副主编;担任IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE) 2015年会议程序委员会联合主席、2020年Tutorial Committee Chair,IEEE International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference – ECCE Asia (IPEMC) 2009年会议秘书长、2012年会议程序委员会联合主席、2016年会议国内指导委员会副主席,2017年会议程序委员会联合主席、2019年会议程序委员会联合主席、2020年会议大会主席,IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics (ISIE) 2010年会议Publicity Chair和2012年会议Tutorial Chair、2019年可再生电力能源变换,处理和存储专题Track Chair, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society年会(IECON)2016年高效率直流变换器专题主席、2017年功率电子学专题主席,IEEE Power Electronics Application Conference (PEAC) 2018年会议Tutorial Committee Chair。 工作经历 1996.6 -- 至今南京航空航天大学 2008.3 -- 2011.9华中科技大学 电气与电子工程学院应用电子工程系 长江学者特聘教授 2007.8 -- 2007.10香港理工大学 电子与资讯系 Research Fellow 专利 [1]阮新波,李斌.零电压零电流开关混合全桥型三电平直流变换器:ZL 01 1 27182.5[p].
