学术成绩
本人从事有机化学研究,在硼化学领域,实现了脱酰胺硼化,脱氨硼化,脱氟多硼化等反应,并结合理论计算详细阐述了其机理。在无金属交叉偶联方面,也发展了脱氨烯烃化,磺酰胺的张力释放重排和胺的邻位氰基化策略。近几年已在国际期刊发表多篇论文,Nature子刊Nature Catal.(一篇),Chem. Rev. (一篇),Nature Commun. (一篇),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (三篇),Chem. Sci. (一篇),ACS Catal. (一篇)等;总影响因子(IF)已超过100,单篇论文被引频次超过100。现主持国家青年科学基金,江苏省青年基金和江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上两项,而且评选了江苏省“双创博士”。2019年获得德国“洪堡学者”,以博士后身份赴德进行硼化学研究。
研究领域
有机合成化学,新反应的发现及其机理的研究,有机金属催化剂的设计与发展,非对称催化反应,天然产物的后期修饰及其性能研究和硼基材料的光敏性质研究。与南京科朗医药化工有限公司合作,研发原料药、医药中间体、精细化学品、信息(电子)化学品、头发染料等
