Precise supramolecular theranostics We are focusing on the fabrication of novel supramolecular theranostics using artificial macrocycles and natural biomacromolecules as building blocks. mRNA delivery systems and vaccines We are designing and synthesizing novel and patentable ionizable lipids, cationic lipids, cholesterol derivatives, and functional polymers. Supramolecular regulation of tumor microenvironment and tumor metabolism for cancer immunotherapy. We are interested in the development of new supramolecular systems that can be specifically accumulated in tumors to regulate tumor microenvironment and manipulate the metabolism of cancer cells and lymphocytes.
