个人简介

研究领域

细胞应激以及细胞代谢对细胞稳态的调控 刘耕课题组通过建立体内和体外一系列疾病模型和独特的报告、操作体系, 深入研究细胞应激和细胞代谢对细胞功能和稳态的维持和调控作用。通过解析细胞行为和细胞应激及细胞代谢之间的紧密互作关系,将有助于深入理解在发育、稳态维持、衰老以及肿瘤发生中复杂细胞行为的调控机制。以此为基础,刘耕课题组还进行转化应用方面的探索,涉及肿瘤免疫治疗以及退行性疾病干预等方面。
