个人简介
2006年毕业于德国萨尔大学,获得博士学位。2006年至2010年,英国邓迪大学生科院细胞与发育生物学系,博士后;2010年至2010年,英国牛津大学生物化学系,助理研究员;2012年至2017年,南京大学模式动物研究所,副研究员;2017年至今,南京大学模式动物研究所,副教授。

研究领域
糖脂代谢调控以及代谢综合症。利用基因工程大小鼠模型结合生物化学、生理学、蛋白组学以及代谢组学等手段阐明维持机体糖脂代谢稳态的分子机制,探讨代谢疾病发生、发展的机理,为代谢综合症的临床诊疗提供理论依据。主要研究方向:1)非酒精性脂肪肝/非酒精性脂肪肝炎的发病机制;2)代谢疾病相关动物模型的研发及治疗评价。
