个人简介

研究领域

为加速基础生物学发现向临床疾病治疗的转化,本课题组研发了一系列小鼠品系和实验方法,将人免疫系统与多种人体组织嵌合到小鼠中,解决传统小鼠模型与临床试验难以回答的科学问题。当前课题组方向包括:(1)全人抗体免疫系统人源化小鼠模型开发;(2)免疫系统+肝脏/肺双人源化小鼠模型;(3)肿瘤及自身免疫系统疾病的免疫治疗;(4)菌群调控人体免疫系统发育及功能。目前实验室受国家基金委/科技部,江苏省科技厅/教育厅及南京大学双一流经费支持,已经承担包括国家重点研究计划,江苏省双创团队,中央高校专项资金等多项研究课题。
