个人简介

1991进入加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)生物化学系学习至1995年毕业,获得学士学位。1995年到2001年在UCLA分子、细胞与发育生物系学习并获得博士学位。2002年到2004年在UCLA生命科学院和分子、细胞与发育生物系担任讲师(instructor),并从事博士后研究。2004-2006年在南京大学模式动物研究所任副教授,2007年后任教授至今。 基金种类 基金项目名称 国家自然科学基金 31271488 上皮层极性的关键分子在协同性细胞迁移中的作用机制 国家自然科学基金 31571435 集体细胞迁移过程中三种不同细胞极性的建立、维持与相互作用的分子机制

研究领域

主要以果蝇为模式动物,从事发育生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学方面的研究。主要研究方向有 1)肌动蛋白细胞骨架的一些重要调控因子在果蝇眼发育中上皮层形态发生的功能和作用,2)肌动蛋白细胞骨架的重要调控因子在正常发育的细胞迁移中以及可能在肿瘤转移中作用的分子机制,3)大规模的功能基因组筛选来发现在细胞迁移中和其他发育过程中的新(novel)基因。
