个人简介
教授,博士生导师。1983年毕业于南京大学地质系,1992年获中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所博士学位,1997年至1999年日本学术振兴会博士后(日本福冈大学地球圈科学系客座研究员)。1999年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2005年获得国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年基金”资助,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。2000年起任中科院南京地质古生物研究所研究员,2008年-2018年任中科院南京地质古生物研究所副所长。2018年11月起任南京大学地球科学与工程学院教授。
主要学术成绩:
完善石炭纪-二叠纪全球性和区域性年代地层系统,作为参与者在中国广西建立了二叠系乐平统底界金钉子;识别出四射珊瑚的多样性演替与晚古生代古环境变迁密切相关;在东特提斯地区识别出可能与晚古生代冰期有关的旋回性沉积特征;恢复滇西泛冈瓦纳各个微板块的演化历史。发表学术论著100多篇。获奖及荣誉:国家自然科学二等奖(排名第三);江苏省科技进步奖一等奖(排名第三);新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选;江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家;尹赞勋地层古生物学奖。
