个人简介
2019年6月毕业于上海财经大学商学院企业管理专业，师从刘志阳教授，香港理工大学商学院联合培养博士，师从唐翌副教授。目前以通讯作者和第二作者在国际创业领域知名期刊Small Business Economics (SSCI, Q1, IF=3.555)上发表论文一篇，在CSSCI期刊上发表论文两篇，正在撰写或投稿阶段的论文多篇。先后在Academy of Management, Marketing Science Conference, Susilo Institute for Ethics in the Global Economy和International Association for Chinese Management Research等国际学术会议年会分别做了论文汇报。主持上海财经大学研究生创新基金资助项目和参与国家社会科学基金一般项目各一项。担任Family Business Review; Small Business Economics和Asian Business & Management等期刊匿名审稿人。
