I am a research assistant for The Nature Conservancy's Mapping Ocean Wealth project. Under the brilliant guidance of Dr Philine zu Ermgassen, I am gathering data and helping to develop a spatially explicit model demonstrating the value of mangrove habitats to fisheries. More generally, I am passionate about conserving marine habitats in the face of increasing pressure on the world's oceans.
