研究领域

My main research focus is the evolution of sex-pheromones and genital structures, and their role in speciation processes. Beside that I am also interested in the early shifts in food-plant among Bicyclus butterflies. Even though my main focus have long been the Bicyclus, I have recently started to investigate a lot of taxonomic issues of the Asian part of the Mycalesina radiation and currently working on several re-curation projects in major museum collections.
