研究领域
主要从事核酸快速检测和海洋无脊椎动物免疫学、环境适应性相关的研究,发表高水平SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者9篇。具体来说即:
一方面围绕核酸检测中的样品处理、核酸提取、核酸扩增等关键问题开展核酸快速和高灵敏检测关键技术研究以及将现有技术与微流控技术、侧向层析技术等联用开发简便快速的检测方法,将核酸检测应用于食品安全与分子诊断领域。
另一方面面向国际海洋科学前沿,围绕海洋无脊椎动物免疫学、环境适应性等问题,深入揭示全球性的气候变化如海洋酸化对海洋无脊椎动物生长代谢、免疫防御、生理生化等生命活动规律的影响,解析其生存策略。
