个人简介

2012.9-2015.7,东北农业大学,食品科学,获工学硕士学位。 2015.7-2018.6,中国海洋大学,食品科学,获工学博士学位于食品科学与工程学院食品科学与人类健康实验室攻读博士学位,研究方向为海洋物质提取及其营养健康功效评价。 2018.9-至今:在青岛科技大学海洋科学与生物工程学院工作,近期研究方向为海洋来源活性物质(DHA/EPA磷脂、海藻多酚、色素等)的提取与营养健康功效,以及风味物质的营养功效及其发挥功效的作用机理。 科研项目及代表性成果: 主持的项目有: (1) 青岛科技大学科研启动经费1项; (2) 北京工商大学食品风味化学重点实验室开放课题1项。 已发表论文共计10余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Journal of functional foods,Food and Function.等重要SCI收录学术期刊上发表论文7篇。
