个人简介

2002年毕业于中国海洋大学海洋生物系,获学士学位;2007年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业,获博士学位;曾获得中科院院长优秀奖、山东优秀毕业生、中科院优秀毕业生称号。2007年至今在青岛科技大学任教。 2019.11-2020.8国家留学基金委公派到美国弗吉尼亚大学生物系做访问学者。主要从事微藻代谢调控、藻类高值化利用、环境对藻类影响相关研究。现担任青岛生物工程学会副秘书长,青岛微藻产业学会理事,Frontiers Bioengineering 客座编辑。目前发表论文60多篇SCI论文30余篇,获得科研奖励成果6项,主编教材1部。主讲《生物化学》、 《食品生物技术》、《生物信息学应用技术》。 近期科研项目: 1. 国家自然科学基金(31770393),微拟球藻对海洋酸化的响应规律和分子调控机制,2018/01-2021/12,60万,在研,主持。 2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(41676145),海带碘代谢对海洋酸化的应答与调控机制,2017/01-2020/12,72万,在研,第2位技术骨干。 3. 国家自然科学基金青年项目(31000135), 雨生红球藻胁迫条件下积累虾青素的分子调控机制,2011/01-2013/12,19万元,已结题,主持。
