李长胜（1978.04），性别，男，山东菏泽鄄城人，汉族，中共党员，管理学博士，教授，硕士生导师（应用经济学专业），青岛科技大学气候变迁与能源可持续发展研究院副院长。
· 教育经历
2000年7月毕业于青岛化工学院化工工艺专业，获工学学士学位； 2007年6月毕业于青岛科技大学技术经济及管理专业，获管理学硕士学位；2012年5月，毕业于中国科学技术大学管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位。
研究领域
市场化减排政策（碳市场、用能权、碳税等）、绿色金融、粮食—能源-水系统等。
