个人简介

青年研究员,博导。2015年在吉林大学电子科学与技术学院获得微电子学士学位;2019年在复旦大学微电子学院获得博士学位(复旦优秀博士论文、上海市优秀博士毕业生);2019-2021年在复旦大学计算机学院从事博士后研究(上海市超级博士后);2021年7月至今,在复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院担任青年研究员。 研究方向为新结构、新机理逻辑存储器件设计,以及对应的系统集成研究,相关工作发表在世界顶级期刊和国际顶级会议,近五年以第一/通讯作者发表论文21篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology(6篇)、Nature Communications(1篇)Advanced Materials(1篇)、Advanced Functional Materials(1篇)、Nano Letter(1篇)、和IEDM(1篇)等,4篇一作论文入选SCI高被引论文,3篇一作论文入选SCI热点论文。代表性工作在Nature等头部期刊获得重点引用,4篇一作/通讯论文获得Nature Nanotechnology News & Views专栏亮点推荐,超快存储相关的3篇系列工作被Nature Nanotechnology撰文评价为范德华异质闪存速度突破的代表性工作。 奖励信息 国家优秀青年科学基金, 国家级, 2023 上海市启明星,省部级,2022 青年人才托举工程,中国科协,2022 复旦大学学术之星,校级,2018 科研项目 自然基金委面上项目, 国家级, 2023 自然基金委青年科学家项目,国家级,2021 上海市基础特区计划(首批),省部级,2021 科技领军人才团队项目,教育部,2022
