Professor Payne is a senior consultant at St. Richard’s Hospital in Chichester in Emergency Medicine. He has also been a medicolegal advisor for the Medical Protection Society. He is also the chairman of medical advisory committee of the London Wellbeck Hospital. He trained in the Southampton rotation in A&E.
