个人简介
周翔,中共党员,教授,博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才计划。华盛顿州立大学和华中农业大学联合培养博士,华盛顿州立大学博士后。研究方向为猪基因组学与育种,近年来围绕着猪种质资源保护、种质特性遗传基础解析与功能基因挖掘、智能表型测定与大数据分析、猪种质创新等方面开展研究工作。兼任湖北省地方猪品种改良工程技术研究中心副主任,中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记学分会理事。主持国家及省部级项目10余项。在Genetics、Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences 、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等国际知名杂志发表论文40多篇。目前是Journal of Integrative Agriculture杂志青年编委以及10多个杂志审稿人。先后荣获湖北省技术发明二等奖、吴常信动物遗传育种奖励专项基金、International Society for Animal Genetics Travel Bursary Award等多个奖项。
