讲授课程《动物营养学A》、《动物营养学B》、《动物营养饲料分析技术》等
华中农业大学副教授、硕士生导师。华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院副教授,动物营养与饲料专业博士,曾赴美国奥本大学联合培养。主要从事脂肪酸及氨基酸的营养机理与代谢调控。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家“973”项目(骨干)、国家科技支撑计划、湖北省科技支撑计划等科研项目13项。以第一或通讯作者发表论文18篇,其中SCI论文17篇,申请专利1项,授权专利1项;获湖北省科技进步一等奖奖1项(排名3)。
