个人简介

华中农业大学动物遗传育种系副教授、博士生导师,院长助理。相关研究成果发表于Genome Biology、 PLoS Genetics、Bioinformatics等行业主流期刊,其中FarmCPU算法文章被引近300次。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、重点项目子课题1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项;入选农业部生猪产业体系全基因组选择岗位科学家团队成员,入选2017年湖北省青年科技晨光计划,获国家技术发明二等奖1项;发表SCI论文20余篇,获批专利2件,软件著作权5件。 教育经历 2013-2015康奈尔大学 统计遗传学 联合培养博士 2010-2015华中农业大学 动物遗传育种与繁殖 博士 2005-2009山东农业大学 动物科学 学士 工作经历 2019--至今 华中农业大学动科动医学院副教授 2016--2019 华中农业大学动科动医学院副研究员

研究领域

为统计遗传学,致力于全基因组关联分析(GWAS)和基因组选择/预测(GS/GP)算法的研究,开发的FarmCPU、KAML等算法以及rMVP、HIBLUP等软件包被广泛应用于人类及动植物复杂性状解析和预测
