结合遗传学、分子生物学、基因组学和生物信息学等不同方法，从蛋白生化、细胞发育和群体演化等不同层面，以水稻为模式研究群体和群体之间: 1.为什么会形成不同的物种(生殖隔离) 2.为什么后代会长得差(杂种不育) 3.为什么后代会长得好(杂种优势)
