目前承担的科研项目: 1.水稻氮效率基因型差异评价与氮高效机理研究(国家自然基金海外杰出基金项目,主持) 2.“亚洲温带和热带旱稻生产系统的建立(STAR项目,国际农业磋商组织水和粮食挑战计划资助项目,协作主持。) 3.“水稻节水灌溉和提高水分利用率研究”(韩国农村部国际合作资助项目,主持人。) 4.“效率改进与环境可持续性:中国灌溉水稻氮肥施用经济研究”(加拿大国际发展局资助,国际协作主持。) 发明专利及获奖情况: 1.2005年12月,论文“Rice yields decline with higher night temperature from global warming”被国际农业磋商组织(CGIAR)授予“The CGIAR Science Awards for Outstanding Scientific Article”奖; 2.2005年6月,水稻实地氮肥管理技术(SSNM)的研究与应用(成果,2005年6月通过了湖北省科技厅组织的成果鉴定); 3.2005年11月被美国作物学会(CSSA)授予终身资深会员(Fellow of CSSA); 4.2004年在美国PNAS发表的论文“Rice yields decline with higher night temperature from global warming”被美国“Discover”杂志选入“2004年全世界100篇优秀重要科学论文”,排名第68位; 5.2004年11月荣获美国农学会终身资深会员(Fellow of ASA); 6.2003年1月获得了韩国农村发展局“荣誉科学家”奖(Honorary Scientist)。 著作: 1.Peng, S., and B.
