I graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille (ENSCL, Lille, France) with the option “biochemistry” in 2008. At the same time, I obtained a Masters in Organic and Macromolecular Chemistry from the Lille I University. Between February and September 2008, I carried out my final year training period in the Centre de Recherche et de Restauration des Musées de France (C2RMF, Paris, France, CNRS-UMR171, research and restoration laboratory in the Louvre Museum) under the supervision of Dr. Martine Regert. This research was done in collaboration with the Centre de Recherche sur la Conservation des Collections (CRCC, Paris, France, CNRS-UMR7188).
