个人简介
1982年8月出生于江苏徐州,2002年毕业于吉林大学获学士学位,2011年毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获博士学位,2011年入选人力资源与社会保障部首届“香江学者计划”,2017年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员。2002年至今工作于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,2017年12月晋升研究员、博士生导师。曾任中国科学院青年创新促进会第三届、第四届理事,参与组建“香江学者”联谊会任首届秘书长,现为中国青年科技工作者协会会员、《发光学报》青年编委。
研究领域
主要从事有机发光二极管工作机理研究、有机光电子材料及器件研发设计、器件制备工艺优化及制备装备研发。主要研究成果如下: 1.在理论研究基础上,设计合成了一系列有机/无机发光材料,提出国际首创的稀土敏化OLEDs设计理念,布局并获授权一系列国际发明专利; 2.解决多项工艺技术难题,成功研制出有机小分子材料真空升华提纯设备、可4G远程控制的全自动柔性OLED面板制备及封装设备、全自动柔性OLED面板中试研发设备; 3.设计建成包含1200平米千级超净间(局部百级)及十余台大型仪器的“稀土敏化OLEDs研发中心”,并开展白光OLED面板中试研发。
