Development of methods for both glycomic and glycoproteomic analysis, especially for the site-specific glycan analysis, including the glycosylation enrichment methods, mass spectrometry-based analytical methods, software tools, and bioinformatics tools. Development of analytical methods for other PTMs research and targets in glycoproteomic study. Glycoproteomic-centric multi-omics-based biomarker discovery research Exploration of biological functions of glycosylation in organism, such as core fucosylation and sialylation.
