个人简介
Chris Dempsey researches into the molecular basis of membrane ion channel function. He graduated with a degree in Chemistry from St Andrews University in Scotland and did his PhD with Charles Vernon in the Chemistry Department at University College, London. Interests in NMR spectroscopy and spectroscopic analysis of membrane proteins developed during postdoctoral work at Oxford University. Following a period in Don Engelman's lab at Yale University studying molecular biology and membrane protein expression he returned to the UK and Bristol University.
