研究领域
以微生物为主要研究对象,利用组学、分子遗传学和细胞生物学方法,结合种群遗传学与微生物学理论,聚焦微生物的基因组突变以及行为的进化生物学研究,具体研究方向如下:A. 原生动物的表型可塑性与适应性演化;B. 海洋微生物的基因组进化以及稳定性机制;C. 微生物环境胁迫下的突变形成;D. 医疗及环境水体中病源微生物的抗药性演化;E. 原生动物生殖方式的调控与演化。
