学院研究生工作办公室主任 与美国FDA合作BPCS培训中心主任 教育及工作经历 1999.9-2003.6,本科,中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院 2003.9-2008.6,博士(硕博连读),中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院 2005.9-2006.9,合作培养博士,第二军医大学药学院 2008.9-2010.7,博士后研究员,美国麻州大学University of Massachusetts食品科学系 2008.7-2012.12,讲师,中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院 2012.12-至今,副教授,中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院 教学情况 主讲本科课程《基因工程实验》、《海洋活性物质分离技术实验》、《食品感官评价》等,主讲研究生课程《基因工程综合实验》。 获得中国海洋大学第十六届“五四青年奖”、中国海洋大学教学评估优秀(理工科第一名)、山东省优秀学士论文指导教师、中国海洋大学优秀教师、中国海洋大学优秀班主任。 科研工作 主持国家自然科学基金(2项)、教育部博士点基金(新教师)、教育部国际合作项目、教育部留学回国启动基金等科研项目;作为科研骨干参与国家科技支撑计划、国家海洋局公益专项、国家自然科学基金等项目。在《Scientific Reports》(Nature group)、《Journal of Chromatography A》(一区)、《Molecular Nutrition and Food Research》(一区)等杂志发表或参与发表SCI文章逾50篇,参与的成果荣获国家海洋工程科学技术二等奖,获选为中国生物化学与分子生物学会农业分会首届青年委员会委员(全国38名)。

研究领域

食品活性物质、分子营养,近年来的研究主要集中于生物大分子——核酸的利用和代谢,揭示了核酸消化始于包括鱼类、禽类、哺乳动物在内的多种生物胃部的全新现象,打破了传统理论认为核酸消化始于小肠的误解,成果发表于Nature系列期刊。
