研究领域

(1)海洋食品功能因子分离纯化与结构鉴定、消化吸收与代谢规律、构效关系及作用机制,为促进健康和防治相关疾病营养策略的提出提供理论依据;(2)营养功效因子的稳态化保持和递送;(3)海洋营养健康食品研究与开发。
