研究领域

生物海洋学—海洋浮游生物学与生态学；海洋环境科学—浮游生物生态毒理学。研究重点主要包括：（1）浮游生物多样性。主要利用经典分类学方法和分子生物学方法，研究海洋浮游生物的物种多样性、遗传多样性及自然环境条件和人为干扰对其的影响，揭示浮游生物与海洋环境及全球变化的关系。（2）浮游生物分子生态学。主要研究浮游生物基因组学、环境因子及海洋污染对桡足类等浮游生物影响的分子机制，揭示浮游生物在海洋关键生态过程中的功能和分子水平上对环境变化的响应机制。（3）海洋桡足类生物学。主要研究海洋桡足类的生殖生物学及其培养技术，桡足类摄食生态学，揭示桡足类的种群变动机制和在生态系统中的作用机理。
