具备多年工业锅炉、电站锅炉及工业炉（窑）的燃烧监控现场经验，在燃烧检测、节能及优化控制等领域，进行了长期的理论和应用研究；作为技术负责人开展了基于辐射能信号控制的多项应用性课题研究；在工业燃烧的监测、控制，以及在相关应用领域的创新性研究中形成了独特的方法，在成果转移及工业应用上，具有突出的能力。教育及工作经历 1985.9-1988.6湖北省孝感高中 1988.9-1992.6南方冶金学院，本科 1992.9-1995.7贵州工学院，硕士 1995.8-2002.8武汉天元锅炉有限公司 2002.9-2007.3华中科技大学，博士 2004.3至今，华中科技大学任教科研项目四角切圆燃煤锅炉高效低NOx排放优化运行新技术（2007AA05Z306），863项目主持超临界直流锅炉炉内热负荷分布参数检测及建模研究,主持国家自然科学基金：51076049 火焰多波段热辐射图像分析处理及热物理量场重建燃烧诊断，基金重点（4）宝钢、粤电、武钢及电力系统十余项横向项目所获荣誉和奖励炉内燃烧三维温度场实时监测及机组优化控制新技术，湖北省技术发明一等奖（3）.2007 教育部技术发明二等奖（3）,2006 煤炭工业协会科技进步二等奖（5）,2007 国家能源局科技进步二等奖（4）,2011
