个人简介

博士,研究员,博士生导师,华中科技大学GET创新团队创始人,国家科技重大专项“极大规模集成电路装备及成套工艺”总体组专家。作为第一负责人承担国家和省市政府资助、企业委托等项目30余项。获得授权发明专利55项,其中第一发明人授权专利23项,发表SCI检索论文20余篇。2013年创立华中科技大学GET创新团队,探索学位培养、科学研究、产品研发三者结合的培养模式,强调研究生的自主管理、产品的正向研发(创新、非复制)、工程与科学相结合的技术研究,团队的愿景为:“一流的就业、一流的学术、一流的技术”。近三年研究生毕业生就业全部为华为、大疆、小米、汇川、宁德时代、海康威视等国内著名企业。对GET创新团队更多了解,可随时参观东一楼317-318室(研究生办公室),或浏览新浪微博:“华中科技大学GET创新团队”(http://e.weibo.com/u/3286173667)“GET团队李小平”(http://weibo.com/u/2880291952) 开设课程 近年的科研项目、专著与论文、专利、获奖 共有3个项目在研(政府项目1个,技术研发2个): 1)温度控制系统产品研发(政府项目:2017-2022) 2)超稳定微环境控制系统(技术研发:2019-2021) 3)高精度温度控制系列板卡研发(技术研发:2019-2022)

研究领域

一、技术方向 主要围绕投影光刻机等关键集成电路装备的温度控制、空气净化等核心技术开展研究,为集成电路关键装备提供完整的热控技术解决方案,包括:温度控制技术、热仿真技术、主动散热技术。 二、培养方向 1)控制板卡设计:高精度温度采集板卡和高精度温度控制板卡的设计与研发。 2)软件算法研究:空气温度控制算法、流体温度控制算法和固体结构温度控制算法。
