个人简介

在复杂系统的人机交互、复杂系统操作的行为建模等领域进行了深入的研究,并拓展到复杂系统的人机智能融合框架以及关键技术的研究。参与了中国AMES仿真系统第一代的建设。长期关注残疾人工作能力评价及辅助器具设计领域,依托与美国密西根大学、加拿大滑铁卢大学的长期合作,在残疾人作业行为建模、作业能力评价以及辅助器具设计方法等问题上进行了深入的研究,该研究问题持续受到来自残疾人就业企业、国家自然科学基金的支持。 坚持“以人为中心”的设计理念,通过对人的认知及行为的研究,提升系统人机交互的可用性,增强用户体验,通过辅助设计实现人机系统能力的最优融合。 开设课程 基础工业工程 人因工程 人因及工作研究实验 高级人机交互 承担的科研项目: 2013-2016 面向作业全要素的肢残者体力作业能力评价方法研究 国基金 2010-2015 面向长期飞行的行为特性研究 973 2013-2014 遥操作系统关键技术研究 部委预研项目 2008-2010 残疾人工作能力定性定量评价方法及作业设计研究 富士康科技集团资助 2014-2015 人机联合探测关键技术研究 部委预研项目 2014-2016 人机系统关键技术研究 部委预研项目 荣誉与奖励: 2006 校青年教师教学竞赛二等奖 2008 校教学质量二等奖 2013 校青年教师教学竞赛二等奖
