个人简介

主要研究方向为微纳制造领域,包括选择性原子层沉积制造工艺,集成型薄膜制备与原位表征装备研发等,应用于柔性显示电子、环境催化等。在Small、Chem. Mater.、J. Catal.等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇。1篇论文入选Sci. Rep期刊2016年度引用次数前100篇文章称号,1篇入选J. Vac. Sci. Technol. A期刊2018年度“most read”论文,受邀撰写综述论文3篇。相关研究成果得到美国真空协会AVS,国际科技杂志C&EN封面专栏报道。授权国家发明专利十余项,获得湖北省技术发明一等奖(2018)1项(排名6/6)、日内瓦国际发明展评审团特别嘉许金奖(2018)1项(排名5/7)等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项(51702106),作为项目骨干,参与了973国家重大科学研究计划(2013CB934800),国家自然科学基金重点项目(51835005),面上项目(51575217)等。 开设课程 本科生课程:《机械设计》, 公选课《生活中的纳米技术》 研究生课程:《thin film technology》
