个人简介

瑞典皇家工学院生物技术和计算专业毕业,现为副研究员,硕士生导师,入选浙江省海外高层次人才,杭州电子科技大学第六层次人才。近年来以第一/通讯作者在生物材料和生物信息领域国际知名刊物上发表SCI论文50余篇,发明专利多项,主持或者参与浙江省自然科学基金,国家自然科学基金多项。目前担任《Nanoscale》,《Journal of Physical Chemistry》等多个著名国际刊物审稿人。 代表性科研项目 1. 国家自然科学基金青年,二维固态纳米孔DNA测序的计算模拟,2016.1-2018.12 2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,仿生石墨烯纳米孔道中基因传递的多尺度模拟研究,2017.1-2020.12 3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于传递机制及微观结构的研究设计具有较优CO2分离性能的混合基质膜,2020.1-2023.12. 4. 浙江省自然科学基金,基于机器学习的方法设计具有特定性质的石墨烯衍生物,2021.1-2023.12。 5. 中国博士后基金,机器学习探索海水淡化机制,2021.1-2022.12。 知识产权 实用新型专利 3项
