个人简介

西北工业大学自动化学院生物医学工程专业学士，中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室博士，沙特阿拉伯阿卜杜拉国王科技大学应用数学与计算机学院博士后。2013年加入杭州电子科技大学生命信息与仪器工程学院任教，为校“第六层次”引进人才。主持国家自然科学基金2项（其中面上项目1项）、浙江省自然科学基金2项(其中重点项目1项)，第一参与国家重点基础研究发展计划（973）、国家自然科学基金重点项目等。为国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金函评专家；中国人工智能学会、生物医学工程学会会员。近年来在包括《Nature communications》、《IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics》、《European Radiology》、《Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging》、《Methods》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Bioinformatics》、《Breast Cancer Research》、《NMR in Biomedicine》等国际顶级或知名SCI学术期刊上发表论文十余篇。代表性科研项目 1.《基于多模态影像组学的乳腺肿瘤多指标协同诊疗模型研究》，国家自然科学基金面上项目，主持 2.《基于多粒度深度影像组学的乳腺癌基因表达特征预测模型研究》, 浙江省基金重点项目，主持 3.《面向乳腺癌诊疗的影像特征与基因表达特征的关联研究》, 国家自然科学基金青年基金，主持 4.《面向肿瘤精准诊疗的影像基因组学方法研究》，国家自然科学基金重点基金项目，第一参与 5.《低剂量探测器乳腺断层X-射线图像的计算机辅助诊断算法研究》，国家重点研发计划课题子项目，第一参与知识产权出版英文著作（章节）一部。

研究领域

为医学影像处理与分析、人工智能、大数据分析，即利用医学影像学、基因组学数据，发展人工智能、机器学习、深度学习等方法技术，应用到医学影像和数据的智能分析中
