个人简介

何定庚,1985年出生于湖南湘潭。2009年于湖南大学获分析化学硕士学位。2012年获湖南大学分析化学博士学位。2012-2016年湖南大学化学化工学院助理研究员,化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室成员。2016-2019年香港浸会大学理学院博士后。2018年7月入职湖南师范大学生命科学学院。曾荣获“芙蓉学者”青年学者(2020年)、香江学者奖(2016年)、湖南省优秀博士学位论文(2014年)等奖励。长期致力于生命分析化学与生物医学领域的前沿研究,在生物功能化纳米材料制备、核酸分子/纳米探针设计、智能诊疗体系构建与应用等方面取得了一系列创新成果,获得国内外同行的认可。近年来,已在Adv. Funct. Mater.、Chem. Sci.、ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.、Theranostics、Anal. Chem.、Chem. Commun.等国际知名学术刊物上发表SCI论文90余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文近40篇(包括IF>15论文2篇、IF>5论文20篇),论文总他引2900余次,h-index为32;主持承担2项国家自然科学基金项目、2项湖南省自然科学基金项目,参与多项国家级和省部级重点项目的研究;受邀担任Frontiers in Chemistry (IF = 4.155),Nanomaterials(IF 4.324)客座编辑、担任Anal Chem、Theranostics等国际期刊审稿人、湖南省微生物学会理事等职务;入选斯坦福大学提供的分析化学领域全球Top 2%科学家名单。

研究领域

1.食源性致病菌及淡水养殖水体中鱼类致病菌的高灵敏、可视化检测; 2.针对肿瘤细胞以及耐药菌的新型诊疗纳米体系设计与活体应用; 3.制备多功能水凝胶伤口敷料和可植入的医用高分子涂层材料用于高效抗菌。
