精神分裂症 (Schizophrenia) 及思觉失调 (Psychosis) 症状，例如妄想 (Delusion)、幻觉 (Hallucination)，在认知方面的病理机制焦虑、抑郁与精神分裂的共病现象、差异化及共同的病理机制多种认知偏差，如担忧、反刍思维、元认知失调、认知僵化等对精神健康的影响社会环境因素（例如，社交媒体的使用、校园霸凌）如何通过影响认知过程，影响心理健康体育运动与心理健康
