石兴强,教授,博士生导师。中国科学院固体物理研究所博士、香港城市大学物理及材料科学系博士后、德国不来梅大学计算材料科学研究中心Guest Scientist。

研究领域

长期从事低维度体系及其表面和界面的计算研究,主要包括:分子电子学/自旋电子学、二维半导体及器件,以及储能/催化等研究
