个人简介

研究领域

研究领域是水产动物营养与饲料科学。主要研究方向为饲用酶制剂菌株选育及酶学性质研究、鱼类营养素转运生理学及渔业资源评估与利用。饲用酶制剂菌株选育及酶学性质研究方面，结合水产动物营养特点，关注特殊生态环境（如：热泉、盐湖等），尤其是高温环境中丰富的微生物资源。从极端生境中分离细菌、放线菌和真菌，以纯培养技术为基础，结合免培养技术，筛选能够产生纤维素酶、半纤维素酶（木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶和漆酶）及蛋白酶、淀粉酶的菌株；从上述菌株中获取基因资源，采用基因工程技术，定向获取具有特定功能的饲用酶制剂；开发系列酶制剂稳定剂、低聚木糖、低聚甘露糖等下游产品。先后主持并完成“固定化木聚糖酶的理性设计与生产技术研究”、 “耐高温木聚糖酶产酶菌株的选育”等15项省厅级重大、重点科研项目及“木聚糖酶稳定剂的研制与产业化生产”、“酶法制备低聚木糖技术”等10项企业委托项目。科研成果“稻田养殖美国青蛙高产技术及原理的研究”2000年获得河南省科技进步三等奖、“小麦抗营养因子及其降解酶研究与产业化开发”2003年获得河南省科技进步二等奖、 “耐高温木聚糖酶菌株选育、稳定性研究及木聚糖酶在鱼类饲料中的应用”2013年获得河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖，河南省科技进步三等奖。鱼类营养素转运生理学方面，主要进行了鲤鱼、尼罗罗非鱼钠/葡萄糖共转运载体、氨基酸转运载体、小肽转运载体的组织差异、发育变化、营养调控、载体蛋白结构与功能关系研究。承担了国家自然科学基金课题”鲤鱼肠道Sglt1表达、结构与转运活性研究（31372545）”（2014-2017）。本项目在前期研究工作的基础上，参考国内外同类研究成果，以鲤鱼为实验对象，综合采用营养学、免疫学、组织化学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等实验技术，从基因转录、翻译和蛋白水平研究鲤鱼Sglt1 表达、结构、转运活性及Sglt1-Glut2的表达关联，旨在阐明鲤鱼肠道Sglt1表达及其转运活性的昼夜节律，探讨日粮中Na+浓度、葡萄糖浓度对Sglt1表达及转运活性的调控规律。项目的研究结果部分揭示了鱼类糖代谢的分子机理，可促进糖类在水产动物饲料中的科学使用。另外，本方向承担的项目还有河南省教育厅科学技术研究重点项目“鲤鱼肠道肽转运载体PepT1表达及转运活性的研究（12A240001）”（2012-2014）。渔业资源评估方面，承担了河南省科技攻关重点项目“河南省鱼类资源调查暨优良养殖品种挖掘（122102110049）”（2013-2015）和“河南水环境变化对鱼类区系组成的影响（122102310357）”（2013-2015）的研究工作。本工作的目标是修订1984年出版的《河南鱼类志》，建设河南省鱼类标本库、种质资源库和条形码信息数据库，助力河南省水产业的长足发展。
