姜玉钦,河南镇平人。药物化学和制药工程硕士生导师,教务处副处长。

1998.09-2002.07 河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院,精细化工专业,工学学士,指导教师 娄向东教授;
2002.09-2005.07 河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院,应用化学专业,工学硕士,导师 李伟教授;
