个人简介

王金忠,教授,博士生导师。光电信息科学系主任,信息功能材料与器件研究所所长,国家重点研发计划首席科学家(项目负责人,原国家973计划项目),教育部新世纪优秀人才获得者,黑龙江省高层次人才,黑龙江省头雁团队骨干。主要从事光电材料与器件方面的研究工作,先后主持承担包括国家重点研发计划、国家863、国家科技支撑在内的国家重点及省部级项目多项,获中国产学研合作创新成果二等奖1项,江苏省科学技术奖1项,相关产品收入突破8000万元。发表SCI学术论文100余篇(其中ESI高被引论文2篇),被引用1600余次。 工作经历 2003.01---2003.11 法国CNRS-Meudon实验室,Researcher 2003.11---2005.01 葡萄牙Aveiro大学物理系,Post-doctor 2005.01---2009.03 葡萄牙里斯本新大学材料研究中心,Post-doctor 2009.04--- 现在 哈尔滨工业大学材料学院光电信息科学系教授、博士生导师 教育经历 1991.09---1995.07, 吉林大学,电子材料与元器件专业本科毕业,获工学学士学位 1995.09---1998.07, 吉林大学,半导体材料专业硕士毕业,获工学硕士学位 1999.09---2002.12, 吉林大学,微电子学与固体电子学专业博士毕业,获理学博士学位
