主要讲授课程
《弹性与塑性力学基础》简介:针对本科生主要讲解材料从弹性变形到塑性变形直至断裂的有关力学问题,包括应力分析、应变分析、弹性力学的解题方法、屈服准则与应力-应变关系、塑性力学的解题方法和断裂力学概论。
《材料加工过程数值模拟基础》简介:针对硕士生主要讲解材料加工数值模拟的基本原理与方法,涉及到弹塑性及刚塑性有限元法数值模拟理论基础和微观组织模拟等内容,包括有限元法的基本理论、基本公式的推导、基本求解方法等。
研究领域
难加工板材成形技术——主要以粘性介质压力成形(VPF)为研究内容,包括:(1) 粘性介质的粘度、应变速率敏感性、粘性附着力对板材变形的影响机制;(2) 板材与粘性介质界面之间变形的相互作用机制;(3) 高压粘性介质条件下板材成形装置结构理论;(4) 粘性介质压力系统的控制理论与技术;(5) 板材变形和粘性介质体积变形耦合过程有限元数值分析。
材料加工理论和数值分析方法——(1)材料加工非均匀加载成形理论;(2) 体积成形过程静态与动态有限元分析理论与技术;(2) 板材成形和体积成形耦合过程有限元分析理论与技术;(3) 基于有限元分析的CAD/CAE一体化材料加工过程数值模拟技术。
智能材料软模成形新方向——利用智能材料在特定负载条件下流变性发生改变的特性,将智能材料作为成形软模应用于冲压成形中,提高成形过程的可控性与材料的成形性。目前开展的研究主要包括:(1) 板材磁流变液成形方法研究; (2) 管材磁流变弹性体成形机理研究 。
电致塑性加工新方向——电塑效应是指材料在电的(电流,电场,电子辐射)作用下,变形抗力急剧下降,塑性提高的现象。利用电塑效应,在成形过程中给材料施加高密度电流,提高其成形性能。目前开展的研究主要包括:(1) 钛合金板材电塑成形新方法; (2) 钛合金电致塑性机理研究。
